Application, membership, communication and payment, as well as ordering and dispensing weed, all take place via the Cannanas app. You will get your membership number and your digital membership card there as well. If you don't feel like installing the app, you can use it in your browser. Unfortunately, the app is currently only available in German. An English version has been announced. Until that happens, you can use it in English in your browser. The app fulfils the requirements of the DSGVO. The data is encrypted and secure (High Availability Cluster, Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure). It is stored in certified data centres and cannot be accessed without a court order.
